What to expect

ARC Accelerate Express is a high-impact programme built to fast-track your progress through:

• ✅ 8 hours of tailored 1-to-1 support focused on your specific venture
• ✅ 14 hours of expert-led sessions covering the essentials for commercial success
• ✅ Practical tools and strategies to maximise your real-world impact

Who is it for?

This programme is ideal for ventures that:

• Have completed ARC Launch
• Have made progress toward formalising their venture
• May have secured one or two early sales
• Are now ready to refine their market fit and prioritise a strong go-to-market approach

By the end of the programme, you will have:

• Conducted 20+ validated conversations with potential customers and partners
• Developed a refined business model with tested assumptions
• Created professional presentation materials and a compelling pitch narrative
• Established a clear market research plan and commercialisation roadmap
• Built connections with peers, TTOs, and experienced researcher-entrepreneurs
• Achieved — or be firmly on track toward — pilot/first sale status
