Reimagining the Diary deploys diary-keeping as a positive tool for teacher wellbeing. Through a bespoke Diary Toolkit and monthly wellbeing CPD sessions, teachers are given space to reflect. The Diary Toolkit covers everything from a reflective diary, to bookmarks, a tactile spinner and support moving from the busy world of teaching into a more reflective space. Overall, the project’s aim is to help teachers cope better with mental health, stress and burnout.
